Who Can Apply?
We make our finance options as inclusive as possible. If you’re a homeowner in the UK and over 18, you can apply. Approval is subject to standard credit checks and affordability assessments carried out by our FCA registered finance partners Vendigo, who will run through the process with you.
What Can Be Financed?
Our finance options can be used for part or all of your retrofit project (Excluding deposit) , including:
Bathroom upgrades, Kitchen refurbishments, Insulation measures, Heating system replacements, Renewable technology installations (heat pumps, solar panels, etc.), Ventilation improvements, Multi measure and Whole-house retrofit projects.
How It Works
Once you have decided on the improvement works for your home you can begin to explore the options available to pay for the works. This may be funded fully by your own available funds, part funded/part finance or you may decide to use finance to cover the total costs.
At My Home Retrofit we offer financing via our Loan partner Vendigo who manage any loan application, checks, repayments and fund release. If you opt to use our finance option this will be subject to credit checks and approval by the lenders and is not guaranteed.
Our team will generate a quote which will then be sent to you directly, once accepted you can decide how you wish to pay the balance. If you opt for finance you will be directed to the Vendigo application form where you will receive your tailored loan options. At this stage you can accept or reject the offers - If you choose to proceed you will be asked to carefully read and digitally sign the loan contract.
Once the paperwork is in place we will be in touch to schedule and complete your retrofit measures.
